At Turner Chiropractic, we are proud to offer Gentle Yoga Classes in Long Beach. These classes are designed with our patients in mind. Our Certified Yoga Instructor, John Oppenheim, instructor guides participants through a series of movements specially selected to stretch and strengthen your muscles, increasing support for your spine. Our own Dr. Janie Turner supervises each class to ensure the optimal safety and benefit to each patient, no matter the level of flexibility.

John Oppenheim has been a Turner Chiropractic patient for many years. After experiencing success in taking yoga classes, John went through the training to become a yoga instructor. John has been teaching yoga classes in our office since 2012. The participants range in age from 18 to 80 years old and many have never taken a yoga class previously. John does a lovely job of encouraging our students and noting their progress. We invite you to come see for yourself the difference yoga can make in your strength and flexibility.
